Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for membership, applicants must meet the following criteria and submit the required documents:
- Completed Application: Fill out the Sigma HQ Membership Application.
- Copy of your Driver’s License: Provide a valid copy of your driver's license for identification.
- Copy of your Birth Certificate: Submit a copy of your official birth certificate.
- Proof of Military Service: Provide documentation such as a DD 214 or equivalent to verify your service in the United States Armed Forces.
- Narrative Summary: Write a brief summary explaining why you would like to be a member of Sigma Phi Psi Military Sorority, Inc.
- Non-Hazing Policy: Acknowledge and agree to abide by our non-hazing policy.
- Privacy Policy: Review and agree to our privacy policy to ensure the protection of your personal information.
- Required Fee: Submit a non-refundable application fee of $50.
- Exclusive Membership: You cannot presently be or have been a member of another Military Greek Letter Sorority.
